  • Qualifications: Richard holds an MA from the University of Nottingham, DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults), certificates in teaching business English and e-moderating 
  • Experience: He has taught courses in the oil and gas sector, finance, English for Soft Skills training and English for professional purposes
  • Hobbies: Sport, reading, travelling, and walking his dog.

  • Qualifications: Galan holds two degrees from the University of Wisconsin including numerous academic teaching qualifications: DELTA (Module 1 and 2), California Academic Placement certification and TOEFL rating certification 
  • Experience: He has taught courses in finance, medical, pharmaceutical, editorial, academic and legal areas of English, as well as English for Soft Skills training for professional development
  • Hobbies: Cycling, reading and playing badminton.

  • Qualifications: John holds the CELTA and DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults) qualifications
  • Experience: He has taught specialist courses including soft skills to the Polish army, patent law, contract law, finance and has more recently specialised in communication skills 
  • Hobbies: Squash and cooking.

Anne Crowley

  • Qualifications: Anne graduated from Boston College with an MA in special education
  • Experience: She has taught courses in auditing, finance, energy issues, international relations and legal issues.  She has lead various English for Soft Skills sessions including presentations, negotiations and chairing and participating in meetings  She co-authored a book on legal English as part of a European Union project.
  • Hobbies: Theatre, cinema and reading. 

Alex Howard

Corporate Trainer

  • Qualifications: Alex graduated from university and having completed his initial teacher training, he is keen to develop himself further and, as such, is currently studying towards the DELTA
  • Experience: He has taught a range of corporate clients in the IT, real estate and property development, steel production and marketing sectors
  • Hobbies: Off-road cycling, reading about history, contemporary international politics and studying languages.
