Dear British Council students, parents and partners.
In line with the Polish government’s decision to close all schools across Poland from Thursday 12 March, the British Council will be suspending our face to face teaching activity until 14 April. This relates to all our teaching centres across Poland (Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław) and all courses for children, adults and teachers.
We have been contacting our students directly with information about how you can continue your learning. If you are a student but have not received our emails, please contact our Customer Service via email: email@example.com
Moreover, all exam sessions are cancelled until 15 April - both in our premises and our partners' centres across Poland. We will contact the registered candidates individually. Should you wish to reschedule your exam, please contact us here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to cancel your registration, please find the respective forms in the following links: for Cambridge and for IELTS.
As of Saturday 14 March our offices in Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław will be closed for clients.
The British Council’s priority is always to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and partners. We remain at your disposal for any further information. We will continue to monitor the situation and should there be any changes to government advice, we will communicate as necessary through our website and our social media channels.
Thank you for understanding.
