Salary 34 PLN – 38 PLN per hour
Duration Freelance, Contract for Services
Working hours Examination events take place throughout the week and on the weekends. Working hours vary, depending on the size of the event.
Closing date Saturday 28 February 2026

Role overview

Requirements:          

  • right to live and work in Poland
  • B2 level English according to Common European Framework for Languages (this will be verified by means of an in-house British Council language test)
  • communicative Polish
  • minimum 18 years old
  • reliability and punctuality
  • provide completed application form and CV
  • possess good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • excellent customer service skills
  • good team player 
  • complete introductory training prior to commencing work 

Key duties include the following:

  •  providing excellent customer service to our clients 
  •  ensuring security and integrity of examination sessions 
  •  working with confidential and sensitive data  
  •  active monitoring of test takers during the test
  •  following instructions of Test Day Supervisors
  •  attending trainings as required
