The course fee must be paid until the date agreed in the Agreement of English language course organisation in full or in instalments if stated in the agreement. Failure to make course payment will result in your name being crossed off the class list. For courses with a set of magazines, materials will be provided during the course. Participants of the courses for which textbooks are required should acquire them at their own expense.

Resignation and refund

Withdrawals from a course can only be granted if requested in writing. An administration fee of 2% of the total course fee will be deducted from the refund before the start of the course. Any refunds issued after the start of a course are calculated according to the number of hours taken place by the time of receiving the refund request. A 10% administration fee of the total course fee will be charged in such cases. Refunds are valid only from the date upon which the written request for the refund is submitted.

Change of a course and level

In case of level change, it is possible based on teacher student consultation and the teacher's final recommendation.
