British Council Wroclaw is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our Customer Service Team to provide front–line customer service for English Teaching Centre.

Role overview
Duties
- To deal with customer enquiries about services provided by the British Council for general public by phone, e-mails and face-to face
- To deal with English courses customer services delivery including registration processes, payments & admin tasks
- To act accordingly on customer feedback by making clear notes on an enquiry/complaint, channelling them to relevant members of staff and ensuring the answer is given on time.
- To attend relevant training sessions and presentations to keep up to date with developments in the organisation.

Essentials
- Some experience in dealing with external customers
- Be friendly and have good inter-personal skills with all ages and types of people
- Polish C1 and English B2
Desirables
- Has undertaken soft skills training and/or is able to provide evidence of soft skills use and awareness (e.g. use of MS-Office applications).
