SAP FICO Consultant
We are looking for experts on SAP Access Basis architecture, who would be able consult, design, develop, integrate and support (second line) SAP Access solutions as enablers for British Council’s global business activities, throughout their service lifecycle, working within a split global team.

Role overview
We expect:
- Extensive SAP FICO ECC6 implementation experience. Including:
- Minimum of 2 full FICO Project lifecycles.
- Good ‘high-level’ functional knowledge of SAP ERP modules FICO and Logistics. Including FI-AP, F-IAR, FI-CA, FI-AA.
- Thorough knowledge of business processes within SAP FI landscape and business processes including cross functional integration points.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a SAP Level 2 environment, with a particular focus on Finance.
- Ability to translate Business objectives into a coherent and validated statement of information requirements.
- Ability to write Technical and Functional documentation to a high standard.
- Ability to write/interpret/review configuration documents.
- Good communication skills at all levels, from End-users through to senior managers. Both Verbally and written.
- The ability to work independently as well as in project teams
Desirable:
- SAP BPC implementation/user experience
- SAP GRC implementation support
- SAP SEPA configuration and development within Fi and FI-CA.
- Knowledge of implementing country versions of SAP.
- Good knowledge of standard data migration tools within SAP i.e. LSMW, ECATT or via Interface
