Linguistic diversity, multilinguality and lifelong foreign language learning: this is the essential message in Europe every 26th September. The Council of Europe has announced this day as the European Day of Languages. Each and every year many events are held throughout Europe to promote language learning as well as initiatives reminding us about nurturing our mother tongues.
We would like to invite you to celebrate this year's European Day of Languages with us on Saturday 27th September! Events are being organised by the British Council, the Goethe Institute, the Austrian Institute, the Cervantes Institute, the French Institute, the Italian Cultural Institute and the Representative of European Commission and the European Parliament information office in Poland.
