International Radio Playwriting Competition is now open for entries to anyone resident outside the UK.
Writers from around the world are invited to submit their radio drama scripts. Two winning applicants will each receive £2,500, a trip to London and their plays will be recorded and broadcast on BBC World Service. The global competition is open to people over 18 and living outside of the UK. Applicants should submit a 53 minute radio play in English to be considered. We encourage both new and established writers to apply online before 12 February 2023.
