April 6, 2015 has marked 100 years since the birth of Tadeusz Kantor – painter, set designer, art theorist and above all – a man of the theater. 

In December Cricoteka presents a special, two days jubilee program – a culmination of the celebration of centenary of Tadeusz Kantor’s birth.

8 December 2015, 4 p.m. / Performative reading of Tadeusz Kantor’s texts (led by Jan Güntner)

8 December 2015, 5 p.m. / Screening of the Water Hen by Tadeusz Kantor (Cricot 2 Theatre, Poorhouse, Edinburgh, 1972) and meeting with Richard Demarco, Arthur Watson and Cricot 2 Theatre’s Actors
