Follow these three essential steps to book your Cambridge exam and ensure your place in the upcoming session.
Step 1: Complete your exam registration online
The first step is to visit our exam registration platform where you can select your preferred level, city, and Cambridge exam registration date.
Enter your details: Provide your personal information carefully. Important: Do not use diacritical marks (e.g., ă, â, î, ș, ț), as the system only recognizes standard Latin characters.
Confirmation: After submitting, you will receive an automatic "Application Summary" email. If you don't receive this email right after registering, please contact us.

Step 2: Pay for your exam
To finalize your booking, the exam fee must be paid online or via bank transfer within two working days of your online registration. Please note that the British Council in Poland does not accept cash or card payments at our physical offices.

Once your payment is confirmed, your Cambridge exam registration is complete.
- Confirmation of Entry (CoE): Two weeks before your first test date, you will receive an official email containing your full schedule, venue addresses, and candidate number.
- Young Learners (YLE): Parents will receive a specific email with exam day schedule and regulations approximately one week before the exam.
