This professional development event is designed for English language teachers preparing learners for Cambridge English Qualifications at B1–C1 levels. Through three practical workshops, participants will explore effective approaches to teaching academic writing, preparing students for the B2 First for Schools and C1 Advanced Speaking tests, and developing strategies for the Reading and Use of English paper. 

Teachers will gain useful insights into exam structure and assessment, as well as ready-to-use classroom activities that can support learners’ motivation, skills development, and exam success. 

By the end of the event, participants will leave with a richer understanding of Cambridge exam requirements, as well as a range of practical ideas and tools they can immediately implement in their teaching. 

The workshops will take place in 2 cities listed below:

  • Saturday, 11 April –Kraków, Hotel Camplanile, ul. Św. Tomasza 34 
  • Sunday, 12 April –Warszawa, Golden Floor Tower, Al. Jerozolimskie 123A 

Participation in the training is free of charge – prior registration is required, and the number of places is limited. 

Upon completion of the training, participants will receive certificates confirming their attendance at the event.

Ben has been a teacher for over 14 years and has worked in the Czech Republic, Jordan, Libya, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. He has experience teaching nearly all age groups and abilities in a range of contexts including state and private language schools. In addition to this, he has also worked as a teacher trainer and has an interest in materials development.
