Centrum Doradztwa Strategicznego s.c. D. Bieńkowska, C. Ulasiński J. Szymańska, M. Widuch, together with the Fundacja British Council, foreign partner of the City of Turku and City of Stoke-on-Trent invites you to take part in the project: "Smart Europe Experience".

The project is co-funded by the European Union under the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development, priority axis IV "Social innovation and transnational cooperation", measure 4.2 "Transnational mobility programmes".

The main objective of the project is to prepare city representatives for the selection and implementation of smart technological solutions and social innovations to improve city management in accordance with the smart city concept. Participation in the project is free of charge. Participants bear only the cost of travel to the airport and workshops preparing for trips.

The project is addressed to representatives of municipalities whose project fiches have been selected for the second stage of the Human Smart Cities subsidy competition announced by the Ministry of Investment and Development on 18/07/2017, including:

• employees of entities and institutions operating at the level of local government units;

• non-governmental organizations and social partners;
co-creating / running project activities as part of the grant competition.

A total number of participants is 250 people.

As part of the project, 5 days free trips to Finland (Helsinki, Turku, Salo) and Great Britain (Stoke-on-Trent) will be organized. Cities in which mobility programmes will be implemented have extensive experience in the implementation of smart city solutions in various thematic areas, including mobility, ecology or social participation. Implementation of the Individual Mobility Plan and a visit to one of the Host Cities will allow for the increase of competences of the project participants in the above field.
